But isn’t this just like a lot of government spending. A bunch of people with little knowledge

or understanding of the industry or area that they are meant to be working with and helping,

being heavily influenced by the loudest, best connected and most persistent lobby groups in the room. And then when they’ve really lost the plot putting a call into PWC or KPMG and asking for

“advice” from so-called “industry experts” who've magically anointed themselves as such

fifteen minutes earlier.
